  • Orders below $99: $17.95 flat-rate shipping.

Generally, customers should contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery regarding an eligible return or refund request.

Opened or partially consumed alcoholic beverages generally cannot be returned simply because a customer changed their mind or did not like the product.

Do not send alcohol back without first receiving return instructions from us.
